JCC Proposed Consolidated Government Center Lawsuit

• Of the People (OtP) acts as the collection point for donations to fund the lawsuit.
• Purpose of the lawsuit is to obtain an injunction to stop work at the build site until JCC puts funding for the project into a referendum to the voters of the county.
• Should the lawsuit be successful – expect OtP to provide background information on the project and it’s impacts to citizens.
